SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be despatched as soon as possible within 48 hours from receiving order.

In the unlikely event that stock is unavailable you will be notified within 48 hours with the option to wait for additional stock to arrive or receive a full refund.

Items sent by standard post should be received within 3-7 days from when they are despatched.   

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your item, simply return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the product. Original shipping cost is not refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

IMPORTANT - Please email us at pure@pureskinn.com.au before returning orders. We will then supply you with a Return Form and return address. We will not accept returns for refund without the Return Form completed and sent with the returned item.
